VCI2000 Anti Corrosion bags are made with the latest polymer technology, and Impregnated in low temperature with vapor corrosion inhibitors (VCI’s) to protect ferrous and most non-ferrous metals from corrosion. VCI sheets and bags and box are custom built to the requirement and provide superior corrosion protection and moisture barrier protection. VCI bags protect metal parts against the corrosive effects of moisture, salt and other contaminants in storage or transit.
The slow release vapor action protects the exterior as well as hard-to-reach interior surfaces. It is self-healing and will provide 24 months of long-term corrosion protection in storage and overseas shipments. Simply pack the metal object with a VCI Gusseted bags. The VCI in the bag volatilizes and migrates with air then condenses on all metal surfaces, reaching all exposed and recessed areas to protect metal parts against the corrosive effects of moisture, salt and other contaminants in storage or transit.

VCI2000 Emitters are designed to provide corrosion protection for metal components and parts enclosed in non-ventilated voids, cabinetry or tool boxes. VCI Emitters emit anti corrosion vapors, which deposit am invisible molecular layer on metal surfaces to protect metal and electronic equipment during operation, shipping or storage. VCI emitters are small breathable pouches, foam or VCI wire strip emitters through which the corrosion inhibitor is slowly released and moisture and air pollutants can enter to be absorbed. VCI2000 POWDERS are Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) powders for corrosion protection of metals in recessed areas, interior cavities and voids.
Does not contain Silicones, Nitrites or heavy metals.
Protects up to 1.0 cubic foot (28 liters) per 0.3 ounces (8.4 grams) of powder. (300g/cubic meter) Provides up to 24 months of continuous protection.

Method of Application
Apply powder by dusting, fogging or sprinkling. After application, simply cover, close or seal the interior cavity or void.
Fogging is easily achieved with a low pressure air hose and sandblast cup. Large, conventional sandblasting systems can also be used.
For powder application with average environmental conditions,
use 0.3 ounces (8.4 grams) of VCI-POWDER per one cubic foot (28 liters) of enclosed space(300grams/cubic meter). The dosage can be increased for more severe conditions.
Method of Removal
VCI powder can be easily removed by using a low
pressure air gun or by a water rinse.
