VCI Emitter

Breathable VCI emitter pouches, foam or wire-strip devices for long-term protection inside non-ventilated voids and cabinetry.

VCI Emitter — corrosion-inhibitor sachet that protects metal parts inside enclosed spaces

Overview

VCI Emitters are devices designed to provide corrosion protection for metal components and parts enclosed in non-ventilated voids, cabinetry or tool boxes. VCI Emitters emit anti-corrosion vapors that deposit an invisible molecular layer on metal surfaces, protecting metal and electronic equipment during operation, shipping or storage. Supplied as small breathable pouches, foam or VCI wire-strip emitters, the corrosion inhibitor is slowly released while moisture and air pollutants entering the enclosure are absorbed — providing long-term protection against corrosion even in the presence of moisture.
